Job Description

A leading IT Services & Enterprise Service Management company delivering digital transformation and end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across global clients. We design, build and operate scalable ITSM and enterprise workflows that drive operational efficiency, automation and measurable business outcomes. This is an on-site role based in India for candidates who thrive in delivery-focused, client-facing engagements.

Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop and configure ServiceNow scoped applications, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes and Flow Designer flows.
Implement and enhance ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) and maintain CMDB hygiene and integrations.
Build and maintain Service Catalog items, record producers, workflows, orchestration and Service Portal pages.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server and custom web services.
Manage release activities: update sets, code reviews, unit testing, deployments and post-go-live support in an on-site delivery model.
Collaborate with product owners, architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust, documented solutions and mentor junior engineers.
