Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Senior Executive Purchase. The role involves managing procurement processes, vendor relationships, and negotiations to ensure cost-effective purchasing of goods and services. Responsibilities also include maintaining proper documentation, monitoring inventory levels, and collaborating with internal departments to meet project needs. The Senior Executive Purchase will ensure timely delivery of quality materials while adhering to company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications

Proficiency in procurement, vendor management, and vendor negotiations
Strong skills in inventory management, supply chain coordination, and logistics
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation abilities
Experience in managing budgets, cost efficiency, and reporting
Familiarity with industry standards and procurement compliance
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., ERP systems, MS Excel Advance Excel)
