Job Description

We're looking for Business Analysts!

Responsibilities

Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis using SQL and other tools.
Analyze complex business problems and recommend solutions via change management or system automation.
Generate charts and reports to track metrics and KPIs on a monthly or quarterly basis.
Work with stakeholders, including 3rd party representatives, to troubleshoot and resolve business system issues.
Collaborate with client stakeholders to improve, automate, and align business data with current processes.
Curate and maintain support documentation and runbooks, including self-help articles, macros, training materials, support flows, and other related documents.
Support the team in managing information and dashboards relevant to business operations.
Identify business process gaps and help scale client systems to address them.
Maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Communicate findings, updates, and recommendations clearly through written and verbal methods.
