Role Overview

You will lead the FTL Solutions team to design, build, and scale Delhivery’s FTL business contracts. This leadership role acts as the critical bridge between internal execution teams and external market stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Supply: Build and manage strategic partnerships with mid-sized and large fleet owners pan-India - bringing then onboard the transporter TMS
• Pricing & Governance: Price all FTL contracts while maintaining strict guard rails on profit margins.
• Sales Strategy: Guide central sales teams on exactly “where to sell” and “what to sell”.
