We are looking for a commercially driven leader to lead the strategic scale-up of the merchandise business by driving integrated sales and operations planning, optimizing multi-channel retail performance (online and offline), and establishing a robust long-term growth roadmap. This role involves building strategic partnerships with ECOM players and dealerships, and leading a high-performing team to deliver an exponential retail sales growth year on year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the long-term growth strategy for the merchandise business, driving sustainable year-on-year revenue growth.
  • Lead omnichannel retail sales across dealerships and e-commerce platforms, ensuring strong retail sell-out performance.
  • Drive integrated Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) by aligning demand, supply, inventory, and commercial priorities.
  • Lead regular business reviews and trading calls to monitor performance and drive operational excellence.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with leading e-commerce platforms, dealerships, and other channel partners.
  • Define and establish the e-commerce operating model, including partner onboarding, Joint Business Plans (JBPs), and commercial negotiations.
  • Identify new business opportunities, expand distribution channels, and create new revenue streams.
  • Drive retail excellence by ensuring consistent visual merchandising standards and superior customer experience across the dealer network.
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to improve retail productivity, execute growth initiatives, and achieve business targets.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and execution excellence.


What We're Looking For


Qualifications

  • MBA from a premier institute.
  • Certification in Digital Sales or E-commerce is preferred.

Experience

  • 12–14 years of experience in Retail Sales, Omnichannel Business, E-commerce Key Account Management, or Commercial Sales.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and managing large-scale retail or e-commerce operations.
