Position: Business Development Executive (BDE) – US Staffing

Experience: Fresher to 6 Months

Shift: Night Shift (US Shift)

Location: Work From Office (In Person) - Noida Sector 63, UP 201301

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Job Summary:

We are hiring enthusiastic candidates for the role of Business Development Executive (BDE) in US Staffing. Candidates who are interested in sales, client communication, lead generation, and business development in the US recruitment industry are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through LinkedIn, job portals, emails, and online platforms
• Identify potential clients and requirements in the US Staffing industry
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Coordinate with recruitment teams for requirement fulfillment
• Follow up with clients regarding submissions and interviews
• Maintain daily reports and CRM/trackers
• Learn US Staffing processes, technologies, and recruitment workflow

Required Skills:

• Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months experience can apply
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge required
• Confident and quick learner
• Sales or business development interest preferred
• Willing to work in Night Shift / US Shift
• Must be able to commute by self

Qualification:

• BCA, B.Tech, MCA, BBA, MBA, B.Sc IT, Computer Science, or any graduate
