SAP CRM Consultant Experience

  • 10yrs overall in IT, 4+ years of experience in SAP CRM or Customer Relationship Management solutions.
  • Minimum Qualification: BE/B.Tech, MCA, or M.Tech.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support Product Owners, CRM Capability Experts, and project teams in designing and managing CRM process templates.
  • Provide functional support for Sales and Service modules to end users across multiple regions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams during CRM implementation and support activities.
  • Create, maintain, and enhance user guides, training materials, and process documentation.
  • Conduct end-user training sessions and knowledge transfer activities.
  • Participate in various testing phases, including Functional Testing, Regression Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Integration Testing.
  • Work closely with technical teams to implement business requirements and resolve system issues.
  • Assist in gathering, documenting, and validating business and technical requirements.
  • Perform solution testing, identify defects, and track issues through resolution.
  • Manage manual and automated data imports into the CRM system.
  • Document business processes, workflows, and system interfaces.
  • Perform data quality checks and support data governance initiatives.

Must Have

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related field.
  • 10yrs overall in IT, 4+ years of experience with SAP CRM or SAP Sales/Service Cloud.
  • Experience in CRM implementation projects.
  • Experience providing application support for CRM solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Sales and Service business processes.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of issue tracking tools such as JIRA or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global teams.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Good to Have

  • Experience with other CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Oracle CRM.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience with manual and automated data migration/import processes.
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies and defect management.
  • Experience in preparing user training materials and delivering training sessions.
  • Familiarity with process documentation and interface documentation.
  • Exposure to data quality management and governance.
  • Proactive mindset with adaptability to new technologies and environments.
  • Creative problem-solving ability and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Strong collaboration skills and openness to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
