Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as US IT Recruiters. This role is ideal for freshers as well as candidates with up to 5 years of experience who are interested in building a career in recruitment. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT requirements
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain candidate databases and track hiring progress
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies (preferred but not mandatory for freshers)
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work in night shifts (US timings)
• Self-motivated and target-driven
