Role Description The Administrative Office Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for supporting smooth daily office operations. This position involves managing correspondence, maintaining records and documentation, organizing files, and coordinating meetings and schedules. The role includes handling incoming calls and visitor inquiries, providing courteous customer service, and assisting with basic accounting tasks such as invoice tracking and expense entries. The specialist will support office administration activities, including inventory of office supplies, coordination with vendors, and preparation of reports and presentations for management. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure efficient workflows and timely completion of administrative tasks.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to manage documentation, scheduling, and general office workflows.
- Basic Accounting skills to support billing, expense tracking, and maintenance of financial records.
- Ability to use office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and scheduling software).
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred; exposure to manufacturing or textile industries is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, or a related field.
