About the Company

Its a US-based Private Client Risk Advisory firm specializing in high-net-worth personal lines insurance for affluent US families. We work with premier US carriers including Chubb, PURE, AIG Private Client Group, Berkley One, and Cincinnati Insurance.


We are hiring 2 US Insurance Operations Assistants to support respective Business Managers. These are two distinct roles - one focused on front-end quoting and carrier submissions, one focused on back-end follow-up and client coordination - but both require the same foundation: strong US personal lines insurance knowledge and excellent English.


Role 1 - Front-End: Quoting & Carrier Submissions Assistant

You will handle the front-end insurance workflow - pulling quotes, submitting applications to carriers, preparing coverage comparisons, and supporting the proposal process.


Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Obtain quotes from US personal lines carriers (Chubb, PURE, AIG, Berkley One, Cincinnati, and others) for home, auto, umbrella, and specialty coverages
  • Prepare coverage comparison summaries and proposal documents for the senior advisor to present to clients
  • Submit new business applications and renewal packages to carrier underwriting portals
  • Track submission status and quote turnaround times across multiple carriers
  • Coordinate inspection requirements, replacement cost valuations, and underwriting documentation
  • Maintain accurate records in the agency management system


You must have:

  • 5+ years of US personal lines insurance experience - quoting, submissions, and carrier portal operations
  • Hands-on experience with HNW carriers (Chubb, PURE, AIG Private Client, or similar) preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of home, auto, umbrella, and personal articles policies under US insurance standards
  • Excellent written and verbal English - you will be drafting carrier correspondence independently
  • Proficiency with agency management systems, Hubspot and Microsoft Office


Role 2 - Back-End: Client Follow-Up & Account Servicing Assistant

You will handle the back-end account management workflow - following up with clients and carriers, tracking outstanding items, processing policy changes, and keeping everything moving.


Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Follow up with clients on outstanding documents, signatures, underwriting requirements, and renewal decisions
  • Liaise with carrier underwriters and marketing reps to track policy issuance, endorsements, and open items
  • Process policy changes, endorsements, certificates, billing inquiries, and coverage updates
  • Send renewal reminders and coordinate next steps with clients and the internal advisory team
  • Draft and send professional client-facing emails on behalf of the senior advisor
  • Maintain the pipeline tracker - flag overdue items before they become critical
  • Keep all client files, policy records, and correspondence organized and audit-ready in the agency management system


You must have:

  • 5+ years of US personal lines insurance experience - account servicing, policy administration, or client coordination
  • Experience handling direct communication with US-based clients and/or carriers
  • Excellent written English - client emails must be professional and polished
  • Strong organizational skills - managing multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proficiency with agency management systems, Hubspot, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
