Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a UK Counsellor. The selected candidate will be responsible for guiding students throughout their journey of studying in the UK. This includes assessing student profiles, recommending suitable UK universities and courses, assisting with application and documentation processes, and providing accurate guidance on scholarships, admissions, CAS, and UK student visa procedures.

The candidate will act as the primary point of contact between students, parents, and UK universities, ensuring a smooth and professional counselling experience. The role also involves maintaining regular follow-ups, supporting students with interview preparation when required, and staying updated with the latest UK education policies and immigration guidelines.



Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in study abroad counselling or overseas education consultancy
  • Strong knowledge of UK universities, courses, scholarships, CAS, and visa process
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to guide students based on academic profile and career goals
  • Good understanding of UK intake cycles and admission requirements
  • Strong follow-up and conversion skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and online counselling tools
  • Existing student network or counselling experience in UK market
