Role Description The Travel Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Dwarka, responsible for driving sales of domestic and international travel packages and experiences. This role involves engaging with direct customers, corporate clients, and travel partners to understand their requirements, recommend suitable itineraries, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Day-to-day tasks include preparing customized proposals, coordinating with internal operations and external vendors for hotels, flights, transport, and activities, and ensuring accurate documentation for visas, insurance, and travel confirmations. The Travel Sales Executive will manage leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings, maintain a CRM or sales pipeline, and follow up proactively to achieve sales targets. The role also includes providing pre- and post-travel support, handling customer queries or escalations professionally, and representing Vaadiyan’s values of responsible tourism and customer-focused service.
Qualifications
  • Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to understand client needs, present travel solutions clearly, and close bookings effectively.
  • Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, especially North India (Kashmir, Leh-Ladakh, Himachal) and major global leisure and MICE markets.
  • Experience in itinerary planning and coordination, including hotels, flights, transport, sightseeing, and event arrangements.
  • Proficiency in using office and CRM tools for managing leads, preparing proposals, and tracking bookings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional regional or international languages are an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reservations.
