Job OverviewWe are seeking experienced Travel Sales & Operations professionals specializing in Long Haul destinations to manage and grow our B2B travel business. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the travel industry, strong knowledge of international destinations, and the ability to handle both sales and operations for travel agents and partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities
- Develop and manage B2B relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and travel partners.
- Promote and sell long-haul travel packages including Europe, USA, Australia, and other international destinations.
- Handle inquiries from travel partners and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Provide customized itineraries and travel solutions to B2B clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Operations Responsibilities
- Coordinate with suppliers, DMCs, and travel partners for seamless booking execution.
- Manage reservations for hotels, tours, transfers, and other travel services.
- Ensure accurate documentation and smooth operations for international travel bookings.
- Handle post-booking support and resolve partner queries efficiently.
- Experience: 3–6 years in Travel Sales & Operations with B2B exposure.
- Strong knowledge of long-haul international destinations and travel products.
- Experience working with travel agents and tour operators.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple bookings and client requirements efficiently.
- Good knowledge of travel itineraries, visa requirements, and international travel processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Languages: Hindi and English (Fluent).
- Candidate must have prior experience in B2B travel sales and operations.
- Strong destination knowledge of international long-haul markets.
- Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
