Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager Civil at our office located in the Pune Division. The role involves overseeing civil engineering and construction projects, ensuring activities are completed on schedule and within budget. Responsibilities include managing project planning, coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring construction activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience of 1.5- 2 years
• Strong expertise in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure development
• Proficiency in Project Management and Construction Management
• Experience with Budgeting and cost management for projects
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site and liaise with multidisciplinary teams
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Advanced knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulatory requirements is a plus
• Proficiency with project management software is an advantage
