Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Technical Support Engineer to manage on-site service operations and provide remote support to clients across India. The role involves installation assistance, troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless performance of smart home automation systems, delivering an excellent customer experience from deployment to post-installation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for smart home automation systems at customer locations
• Deliver remote/virtual support via calls, video, and remote diagnostics
• Assist in installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of automation systems
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues
• Support devices such as smart lighting, switches, locks, curtains, security systems, IoT devices, and networking equipment
• Coordinate with sales, project, and R&D teams for escalations and improvements
• Maintain service reports, troubleshooting logs, and technical documentation
• Provide basic training and guidance to customers for system usage
• Ensure timely issue resolution and high customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications & Skills

• B.E. in Electronics / Electrical / IT or related field
• 1 year of experience in technical support, service, or automation roles
• Strong knowledge of networking, IoT devices, and automation systems
• Hands-on experience in hardware & software troubleshooting
• Good communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Willingness to travel for on-site service

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of protocols like Wi-Fi, Zigbee, Bluetooth
• Experience with smart device installation & servicing
• Basic understanding of mobile apps and cloud-based automation platforms
