Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bihar Sharif for a TPA and Operations Manager. The TPA and Operations Manager will oversee daily operational activities, manage relationships with third-party administrators (TPAs), coordinate insurance claims processes, and ensure seamless hospital operations. Responsibilities include supervising staff, streamlining workflows, managing budgets, and implementing policies to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction. The role also involves ensuring compliance with hospital regulations and fostering effective communication between departments.

Qualifications
- Strong organizational and operational skills to manage workflows, oversee staff, and ensure efficient day-to-day hospital functioning.
- Experience in third-party administrator (TPA) processes, insurance claim management, and relationship building with insurance providers.
- Proficiency in healthcare operations, policy implementation, and regulatory compliance.
- Effective communication and leadership skills to collaborate with teams and motivate employees.
- Proven ability to manage budgeting and resource allocation effectively.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to handle operational challenges tactfully.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Prior experience in hospital operations or a similar role is highly preferred.
