- Manage operations of the benefits verification unit efficiently.
- Develop the team to enhance performance and growth.
- Train staff on best practices to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze workflow to boost process quality and productivity.
- Implement team policies to foster motivation and retention.
- 8-10 years in US Healthcare RCM process
- 5+ years in team management
- Proven communication skills
- Experience working with Insurance and verification roles before.
