XLNC Exotic also manages a portfolio of 16–17 short-term vacation rentals listed on major platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Bonvoy Marriott, and Vrbo, overseeing guest services and property operations end to end. Its in-house legal team ensures full property-related compliance, documentation, permits, and regulatory adherence. In addition, XLNC Cars offers well-maintained vehicles for short- and long-term rentals, supporting a seamless travel experience for customers.
Role Description The Manager Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Jalandhar, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities across XLNC Exotic’s business verticals. This role coordinates property renovation and rental operations, monitors schedules and workflows, and ensures adherence to internal policies and legal requirements. The Manager Operations will manage teams and vendors, track performance metrics, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality. They will collaborate closely with leadership to align operations with business goals, support budgeting and resource planning, and regularly report on operational outcomes and issues. The role also involves resolving operational escalations, optimizing customer experience, and ensuring smooth coordination between real estate, hospitality, legal, and mobility services.
Qualifications
  • Operational management skills, including process optimization, workflow coordination, and performance tracking.
  • Experience in team leadership, staff supervision, and vendor or partner management.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and priorities.
  • Knowledge of property operations, hospitality or rental management, and basic legal or compliance processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in using office productivity tools, spreadsheets, and basic project management software.
  • Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, mobility services, or multi-business operations is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment and make decisions independently.
