*About the Role*

Lead end-to-end operations across multiple manufacturing facilities. Manage large-scale processing capacity while ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, compliance, and people development.

*Key Responsibilities*

• *Plant Operations:* Lead operations across manufacturing facilities. Manage production planning & execution for high-volume processing capacity.
• *Efficiency & Cost:* Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization initiatives.
• *Budgeting:* Prepare and manage annual operating budgets. Ensure adherence to operational cost targets.
• *Customer Metrics:* Ensure achievement of OTIF (On Time In Full) metrics to enhance customer satisfaction.
• *Team Leadership:* Lead and manage workforce of ∼120 employees across locations. Develop training & development programs for key operations personnel.
• *Compliance:* Ensure compliance with HACCP, BRC, food safety, quality, and statutory standards. Adhere to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• *Continuous Improvement:* Monitor plant maintenance, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• *Cross-functional:* Coordinate with procurement, quality assurance, supply chain, and sales teams for seamless execution.
  
  

*Candidate Profile*

*Experience & Industry*

• 15–20 years experience in food processing industry
• Strong experience in managing HACCP-compliant and/or BRC-certified food manufacturing facilities
• Prior experience in spice processing/manufacturing industry preferred
• Proven leadership in handling large teams + multi-location operations
• Experience in spice processing, food ingredients manufacturing, or export-oriented food processing units highly preferred
