Job Title: Travel Operator / Tour Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and resourceful Travel Operator to manage the planning, coordination, and execution of travel and tour packages. The Travel Operator will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for clients by designing itineraries, booking services, and ensuring smooth travel operations from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and develop tour packages and itineraries based on market trends and customer preferences.
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport companies, guides, and other service providers.
Manage bookings, reservations, and logistical arrangements for group and individual tours.
Ensure all travel documents, permits, and insurance requirements are handled properly.
Provide pre-departure information and on-trip support to clients.
Monitor the quality of services provided and handle any complaints or issues during the tour.
Stay updated with industry regulations, travel restrictions, and destination information.
Prepare costings and pricing for packages, ensuring profitability and competitiveness.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote tour products.
Maintain good relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable rates.
