Destination Manager

Location: Tilak Nagar, Delhi

Salary: ₹8 LPA – ₹12 LPA

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days a Week)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in the Study Abroad industry

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Destination Manager to lead and manage our study abroad operations for assigned destinations. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of international education, university admissions, visa processes, and team management. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive student enrollments while maintaining excellent relationships with university partners.

• Manage and oversee the complete admission process for assigned study destinations.
• Lead, mentor, and train the counseling and admissions team to achieve business goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollments and revenue.
• Maintain strong relationships with international universities and education partners.
• Ensure accurate guidance on university selection, admission requirements, scholarships, and visa processes.
• Monitor application quality, conversion ratios, and overall team performance.
• Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on destination policies and university requirements.
• Coordinate with marketing and business development teams for promotional activities and events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high service standards.
• Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for business growth.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Study Abroad industry.
• Strong knowledge of international education systems, admissions, and student visa processes.
• Proven experience in managing teams and achieving enrollment targets.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
