BANGALORE BASED, TRAVEL TRADE EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.

EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION  

Execution of travel arrangements for travellers

Servicing customer queries online and over the phone 

Managing reservations, rooming lists etc.

Post sales customer support (visa documentation, extra nights, amendments etc).

Tour Series and FIT traveller handling

Managing payments from customers 

Research and product (Tour) Design

Guiding Tours when necessary at Domestic & International locations

Negotiating with Suppliers

Keeping tours, dates and prices updated from season to season 

Maintaining the Tours on CMS 


REQUIRED SKILL & EXPERIENCE 

  • Minimum 2 years experience in planning and executing large-scale events / projects / tours
  • Attention to detail and accuracy. Thorough and systematic work.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, time-management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task
  • Complete understanding of event operations, including planning, logistics, customer experience & safety.
  • Driven & motivated with a proven track record in managing systems and processes. 
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Flexible, positive mindset to adapt to change
  • Advanced computer skills and strong Google Office skills (advanced level).
  • Self and open to being challenged
  • Committed, willing to work long hours as required.
  • Travelling is an integral part of the job
