Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Manager located in Bhubaneshwar. The Tour Manager will be responsible for sales drive organizing and managing travel arrangements, accommodations, sightseeing tours, and transportation for both domestic and international trips. Additionally, the Tour Manager will ensure seamless coordination of all tour activities, provide exceptional customer service, and handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the tours.

Qualifications

• Experience in tour planning, itinerary design, and travel coordination
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of local and international travel destinations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle emergencies and customer concerns effectively
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in foreign languages is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
