Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Executive / Senior Tour Executive based in Lucknow. The role involves planning and organizing tours, managing day-to-day operations for group and individual tours, coordinating guided tours, and designing detailed itineraries tailored to client needs. The incumbent will communicate with clients and vendors to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences while addressing any challenges that may arise during trips.

Qualifications

• Tour Planning and Tour Management expertise
• Experience in creating Itineraries and managing Guided Tours
• Strong verbal and written Communication skills
• Proactive problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively
• Proficiency in related software or travel management tools is advantageous
• Previous experience in the travel industry or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related discipline is preferred
• Fresher's with basic knowledge of Destinations are welcome
