LOCATION: NEW ALIPORE SAHAPUR

Experience 3 to 4 yrs in GEM portal, PWD portal, MES portal.

Salary Upto 20k gross ( PF Available).

We are looking for someone who has worked in sales of industrial products or building material.

Tender Identification: Monitor online portals (GeM, CPPP, etc.) for relevant RFPs/RFQs/EOIs.
Document Analysis: Study tender documents, understand scope, eligibility, technical financial criteria.
Coordination: Liaise with sales, technical, finance, legal teams to gather data, certifications, pricing, and ensure cross-functional input.
Bid Preparation: Compile and prepare comprehensive, accurate, and compliant bid documents, BOQs, and supporting forms.
Submission Management: Handle EMD/tender fees, digital signatures, and ensure timely online/offline submission before deadlines.
Post-Bid: Manage pre-bid queries, track bid status (technical/financial evaluation), handle negotiations, and report outcomes.
Record Keeping: Maintain an organized database of all tender activities and documents.
