Role Description The Tele Caller role at SMN PROJECTS is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the Tele Caller will make outbound and receive inbound calls to contact potential and existing customers, explain services, answer queries, and accurately record call details. Daily tasks include maintaining call logs, updating customer information in databases, following call scripts where required, and meeting call and conversion targets. The Tele Caller will coordinate with internal teams to share customer feedback, schedule follow-ups, and support overall sales and service processes. The role requires consistent professionalism, clear communication, and adherence to company policies and guidelines.

Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with clear and confident telephone etiquette.
- Ability to engage customers, handle objections, and build rapport while maintaining a polite and professional demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy, including use of call management systems, spreadsheets, and CRM or customer databases.
- Good listening skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in documenting call outcomes and customer information.
- Goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work with daily and weekly targets and manage time effectively.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales support is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru and collaborating with team members and supervisors.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational or communication-related training is beneficial.
