🎯 Job Role: Telesales Sales Executive (Immigration)

We are seeking dynamic and persuasive telesales professionals to join our growing team. Your main objective will be to connect with prospective clients, understand their immigration needs, and schedule consultations with our licensed experts.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to qualified leads and inquiries
• Effectively communicate immigration services, benefits, and consultation offerings
• Follow up with leads via WhatsApp, email, and phone
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools
• Book consultations and manage follow-up pipelines
• Collaborate with marketing and consulting teams for conversion optimization

💼 Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2+ years of telesales or customer service experience (immigration/education sector preferred)
• Excellent spoken and written communication in English and Spoken Hindi/Punjabi/Gujarati a strong asset)
• Ability to work Toronto time zone (EST)
• Confident, empathetic, and target-driven
• Familiarity with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, or cloud calling software
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and client engagement skills
