Anisan Soft Tech Solutions is hiring Telesales Executives to handle outbound customer calls and promote company products and services. The role involves generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service via phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Promote company products and services via phone
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve daily / weekly call-based targets
• Maintain accurate call logs and customer database
• Communicate effectively in Hindi and English
• Work with the sales team to meet overall targets

Required Skills / Qualifications

• Strong Communication Skills (Hindi & English)
• Tele Sales / Outbound Calling Experience (preferred)
• Customer Relationship Management
• Target-Oriented & Result-Driven
• Record Keeping & Documentation
• Basic Computer Skills (MS Office / CRM Tools)

Preferred Skills:

• Prior BPO / Telesales experience
• Ability to handle high call volumes professionally
• Energetic and proactive approach
