This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Associate based in Bengaluru South. The Inside Sales Associate will engage with potential clients, drive lead generation efforts, and support account management activities. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, converting leads to customers, maintaining client relationships to ensure satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. The selected candidate will play a key part in expanding the company's reach and ensuring the growth of our customer base.
- Proficient in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to drive business growth and identify new opportunities
- Skilled in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to foster long-term relationships and deliver value
- Experience in Account Management to ensure effective tracking and nurturing of client accounts
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
