Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end sales process—from initial contact through qualification via phone and email.
  • Drive revenue by pitching prospects, addressing needs, and closing deals with confidence
  • Consistently meet or exceed pipeline contribution goals across weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets
  • Respond to assigned leads within a 24-hour turnaround (TAT) to maintain momentum.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics with accountability and transparency
  • Master and leverage the CRM system (e.g., PipeDrive, Salesforce, Zoho) to track interactions, manage pipelines, and forecast outcomes
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and evolving business demands
  • Leverage deep industry knowledge of live performers and event ecosystems to deliver tailored solutions.

  • Proven experience in the event industry, artist management, or talent booking—must have hands-on familiarity with live performers and their ecosystems
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills with a track record of closing high-value deals
  • Natural ability to break the ice, build rapport, and thrive in networking environments across digital and in-person platforms
  • Self-driven, flexible, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for entertainment, live events, and creative talent—your network and industry insights are an asset
