We are seeking a results-driven Telecaller to connect with educational institutions. You will reach out to school principals, trustees, and decision-makers to pitch our offerings and book sales appointments and closing sales. 


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential target schools.
  • Cold Calling: Make daily outbound calls to school decision-makers.
  • Pitching: Present product value propositions clearly and professionally.
  • Appointment Booking: Secure confirmed meetings for the field sales team.
  • CRM Management: Update call logs, contact details, and appointment statuses.
  • Follow-ups: Maintain regular contact with warm leads to build relationships and upsell.
  • Closing: Coordinate with the field sales team to share proposals and closing sales. 


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in B2B telecalling or school sales.
  • Communication: Fluent in English and regional languages with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Skills: Strong persuasion, active listening, and objection-handling abilities.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software, MS Excel, and Google Workspace.
