Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Hyderabad. The Telecaller will engage with prospective students and parents to provide information about educational opportunities, admissions processes, visa requirements, and scholarship details. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, following up on inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate records, and achieving call and conversion targets.

Qualifications

• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and local languages
• Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or consultation roles
• Ability to handle inquiries, provide information effectively, and work towards lead conversions
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM tools
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple client interactions and maintaining accurate records
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under deadlines
• Knowledge of overseas education processes or prior experience in similar roles is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in any stream and having an experiance of 2-3 years in Tele calling
