The Role

We don’t do "content." We do Cinematic Authority.

We are looking for an intern who is tired of making boring, fast-paced reels and wants to learn how to build high-end visual stories for D2C brands.

You will work directly under our Creative Director to craft films that make customers feel understood, not just marketed to.

What You’ll Do

• The "Grit" Edit: Take raw smartphone or camera footage and find the soul of the product.
• Texture & Color: Learn our "Anti-Natural" grading style—making products look expensive, raw, and authentic.
• Asset Management: Keeping our project files organized (The "Operations" side of editing).

What We’re Looking For

• The Obsession: You watch movies for the lighting, not just the plot.
• The Tools: You have a basic grasp of Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• The Standard: You understand that "good enough" is the enemy of Junction Theory.
• The Location: Ideally based in Madurai to coordinate closely with the founder.
