Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer located in Bhubaneswar. We are seeking a Technical Sales Executive with strong knowledge of engineering/mechanical products to drive sales, build client relationships, and identify new business opportunities.

Experience: 1–4 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Understand technical requirements and offer suitable solutions
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations
• Visit clients and maintain long-term relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution
• Achieve sales targets and prepare reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• 1–4 years of technical sales experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand technical drawings/products
• Willingness to travel to sites
• Can achieve the targets given
