Role Description This full-time, on-site Technical Sales Engineer role is based in Chandigarh. The Technical Sales Engineer will engage with existing and prospective clients to understand their instrumentation needs, provide technical product demonstrations, and recommend appropriate solutions from TechnoValue’s portfolio. Daily activities include preparing and delivering technical proposals, managing the sales cycle, responding to technical queries, and coordinating with internal service and calibration teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves visiting customer sites, conducting application-focused discussions, supporting installation and commissioning where needed, and maintaining accurate records of opportunities, quotes, and sales activities in CRM or related tools. The Technical Sales Engineer will collaborate with management to achieve sales targets, contribute to market development initiatives, and provide feedback on customer requirements to help refine product and service offerings.

Qualifications
- Strong Technical Sales and Sales Engineering skills to identify customer needs, design solutions, and drive the full sales cycle.
- Ability to provide effective Technical Support, including troubleshooting, application guidance, and post-sales service coordination.
- Excellent Communication skills for presentations, product demonstrations, technical documentation, and customer interaction.
- Proven Sales capabilities, including negotiation, relationship management, and achievement of revenue and growth targets.
- Educational background in engineering or a related technical discipline (e.g., Instrumentation, Electronics, Mechanical) is preferred.
- Experience with scientific, environmental, or industrial instrumentation, particularly in sectors such as pharma, labs, HVAC, or data centers, is an advantage.
- Comfort with on-site customer visits in and around Chandigarh and willingness to travel as required.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and use CRM or similar tools to track customer interactions.
