Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer based in Pune. The role involves identifying customer needs, presenting tailor-made solutions, and driving sales of technical equipment. Responsibilities include offering technical support, building strong client relationships, demonstrating product capabilities, conducting sales presentations, and coordinating with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Technical Sales skills to drive business growth and promote product solutions effectively
• Expertise in Sales Engineering, including the ability to understand product specifications and propose technical solutions
• Experience providing Technical Support, including troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns
• Strong Communication skills, including both verbal and written, with the ability to build client trust
• Proficiency in engaging with clients from various industries, including Pharmaceuticals, Food, FMCG, and Chemicals
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in technical sales or a similar role is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
