Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Business Analyst based in Gurugram, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Technical Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to identify, document, and analyze business requirements and processes. The responsibilities include translating business needs into technical solutions, conducting systems analysis, ensuring effective communication between technical teams and business units, conducting validation testing and ensuring compliance with functional and technical requirements, demonstrating finalized developments to stakeholders, investigating and resolving bugs, performing data analysis and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves producing detailed reports and recommendations to drive strategic decisions and improve efficiency. This role works closely with peer Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, Product Managers, and Software Architects.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business (or equivalent).
• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and API testing.
• Basic coding knowledge and logical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Postman and JIRA proficiency.
• IT solution design and documentation.
• User story creation.
