Job Description

Responsibilities

Support in Civil Works Execution:

Assist in coordinating day-to-day construction activities by liaising with on-site contractors to ensure alignment with project requirements.
Monitor material usage and availability, ensuring that the work progresses without delays caused by supply issues.

Progress Monitoring And Reporting

Prepare daily and weekly reports detailing project progress, potential issues, and required corrective actions, and submit them to the Associate for review.
Track work schedules and report any potential delays to ensure timely adjustments and corrective actions are implemented.

Site Safety And Environmental Monitoring

Regularly assess the work environment for potential safety hazards and compliance with environmental regulations, escalating concerns to the safety department.
Ensure that workers and contractors are following safety protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to site regulations.

Technical Support In Documentation And Approvals

Provide administrative and technical support in maintaining and updating all project-related documentation, including blueprints, inspection reports, and permits.
Assist in preparing documentation for approvals, ensuring that all paperwork is complete and meets regulatory standards.

Quality Control Inspections

Conduct basic inspections of the ongoing work to verify adherence to quality standards, ensuring that civil construction is performed as per the specifications.
Report any deviations from the quality standards or design requirements to the Associate and collaborate with contractors for prompt resolution.
