Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Civil Engineer (fresher) based in Bengaluru. The Site Civil Engineer will assist in supervising construction activities, ensuring that structural and civil works align with design specifications, safety standards, and local regulations. Day-to-day tasks include supporting site planning, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, monitoring material usage, and documenting progress. The role also involves working with senior engineers to review drawings, address site-level technical issues, and contribute to quality control for foundations, drainage, and other civil elements integrated with interior projects. The engineer will be expected to learn quickly, follow established procedures, and maintain clear communication with project teams.
Qualifications

• Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills relevant to residential and interior-focused projects
• Ability to work effectively with Civil Engineers and project teams on-site
• Planning skills for scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of site activities
• Basic understanding of Stormwater Management and drainage considerations for building sites
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification
• Knowledge of construction materials, structural elements, and relevant building codes
• Familiarity with engineering drawings, CAD tools, and site documentation practices
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including designers and contractors
