Project Lead – Project Delivery

Role Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of premium project, residential, mixed-use, commercial, hospitality or redevelopment projects in Bangalore.

The role is responsible for translating approved design, business timelines, cost plans, and quality benchmarks into disciplined on-ground execution across the full project lifecycle—from mobilization through construction, finishes, testing, handover, and close-out.

This role requires a high-ownership leader who can drive site performance, cross-functional alignment, contractor accountability, statutory compliance, and customer-ready delivery in a fast-paced, quality-conscious developer environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of projects from mobilization to handover.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to approved quality and safety standards.
• Manage site teams, contractors, consultants, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
• Drive project planning, progress monitoring, risk mitigation, and milestone achievement.
• Ensure statutory compliance, quality control, testing & commissioning, and handover readiness.
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and execution excellence.

Candidate Profile

A strong execution leader with proven experience in developer-side project delivery. The ideal candidate combines technical depth with strong site leadership, is hands-on and structured, and can manage multiple stakeholders without losing control of time, cost, quality, or compliance.

This role suits someone who is proactive, quality-driven, commercially aware, and ready to take on larger delivery responsibilities as the platform grows.

Qualifications and Experience

• B.E. Civil / Diploma in Civil Engineering / B.Arch preferred.
• NICMAR / Construction Management / Project Management qualification will be an advantage.
• 20 years of relevant experience in Base build/Greenfield project execution.
• Strong exposure to the full project lifecycle from mobilization to handover is preferred.
• Experience with reputed developers, PMCs, or structured project environments will be an advantage.
• Bangalore / South India market exposure is preferred.
• Exposure to premium or finishing-intensive projects will be an advantage.
