Role Description The Project Manager – Jamnagar will lead planning, execution, and monitoring of real estate projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards. This full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India involves coordinating with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to manage schedules, resources, and site activities for projects in Jamnagar. The role includes tracking project milestones, preparing status reports, handling documentation, and resolving operational issues that may affect timelines or quality. The Project Manager will oversee inspections, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and support logistics and material management for project sites. Regular review meetings, risk assessment, and proactive communication with senior management form a key part of the day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting, with experience overseeing construction or real estate projects.
• Proficiency in Expeditor functions and Logistics Management to ensure timely procurement, delivery, and coordination of materials and equipment.
• Experience in Inspection activities, quality control, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards at project sites.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, solid negotiation and communication skills, and strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools, scheduling software, and MS Office; familiarity with real estate or infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to project locations as required and to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
