Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager Civil role based in New Delhi. The Project Manager Civil will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of civil and infrastructure projects related to exhibition structures, interiors, exteriors, and associated construction works. Responsibilities include coordinating with design, fabrication, and vendor teams, preparing project schedules, managing budgets, and ensuring work is completed on time and within quality standards. The role involves supervising site activities, monitoring contractor performance, conducting regular site inspections, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory requirements. The Project Manager Civil will also handle client communication on project progress, resolve site issues, and prepare project documentation, reports, and status updates.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Construction Management skills for planning, coordinating, and delivering civil projects.
• Candidates should possess Civil Engineering and Infrastructure knowledge to interpret drawings, technical specifications, and site requirements.
• Candidates should possess Budgeting and cost control skills to manage project finances, estimates, and resource allocation.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP or equivalent) are an advantage.
• Experience managing on-site construction or fit-out projects, preferably in exhibitions, interiors, or commercial spaces.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities, with effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in project planning and documentation tools; familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design software is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
