Job Description

Graduate degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed institution; a Master’s degree in Highway Engineering, Transport Engineering, or Pavement Management is preferred.
Minimum 15 years of professional experience in the roads and highways sector, covering the full lifecycle of highway development and maintenance.
Demonstrated experience in at least two Road Asset Management System (RAMS) projects, having served as Team Leader or Deputy Team Leader on similar assignments within the last 10 years.
Proven experience in capacity building and training programs.
Hands-on experience in the development and/or implementation of computerized RAMS, with expertise in data collection, data management, and reporting systems.
Sound understanding of emerging and advanced technologies for road data collection and asset management.
