Role Description The Deputy General Manager – Structures is a full-time, on-site role based in Mathura. This position is responsible for overseeing structural project planning and execution, ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements. The role involves coordinating with engineering, construction, procurement, and site teams, reviewing designs and drawings, monitoring project timelines and budgets, and resolving structural issues during execution. The Deputy General Manager will prepare reports, support decision-making for structural methodologies, manage vendor and contractor relationships, and participate in risk assessments and audits. The role also includes mentoring team members, optimizing resources, and driving continuous improvement in structural practices and project delivery.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in structural engineering, including design principles, analysis, and familiarity with relevant codes and standards.
• Proven experience in managing structural projects end-to-end, from planning and coordination to execution and completion.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction documentation.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders, such as consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Solid understanding of safety, quality, and compliance frameworks within construction and infrastructure projects.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and decision-making skills, with the ability to guide and mentor project teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and risk awareness.
• Effective communication skills for reporting, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in a similar managerial or deputy general manager role in structures or construction projects is highly beneficial.
