Job Description
We are looking for an inside sales professional preferably with prior experience in B2B complex sales and long sales cycles. We expect him/her to be comfortable with sales CRMs, other sales tools and possess an excellent ability to communicate clearly in meetings, on the phone, on emails and on any sales literature & documents created. A quick learner having an energetic positive personality would be ideal for the role.

Job Responsibilities:
Generate MQLsGenerate SQLs/ DealsSales coordinations and back office tasks
KPIs:
No. of fresh, high value accounts identifiedNo. of KDM meetings & SQLs created.
Job Role:
As a DB GeneratorIdentify new accounts through web searches and add them to the CRM.
Enrich the lead with contact details though any and all methods available.
Push qualified MQLs for calling classified in terms of their value and calling targets.
Report On Conversion Rates And Other Relevant Performance Figures
As a inside sales executive, make calls and collect BANT details if there are any customer requirements identified.
Update the CRM with all additional information captured as well details of conversations.
Push qualified SQLs to the direct sales team and set up Meeting with KDMs
Report On Conversion Rates And Other Relevant Performance Figures
As a sales coordinator, prepare proposals, write emails, be in possession of up to date information on any ongoing deals in the pipeline and the next actions/blockers if any.

Must-Have Skills:
- South Indian Languages: More the better
- Prior experience in (KPO/BPO/ telemarketing/ inside sales/ recruitment)
- Prior experience with apps like google sheets, slides & CRMs
- Understanding of the B2B sales process
- Good written and oral communication skills.
