Job Title: Sales Manager - Enterprise Sales (ERP Manufacturing)

Location: Delhi NCR

Experience: 5 to 10 years

Mandatory: Own Vehicle - Car/Bike

With over 15 years of experience, a team of more than 150 experts, and 1000+ clients across the India, UAE, Turkey, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar.


Note: Only candidates with experience in selling large-ticket ERP solutions within the manufacturing sector will be considered for this role.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Leadership & Team Management: Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Oversee and guide your team through the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, for ERP solutions tailored to manufacturing clients.

  • Direct Sales Efforts: Drive direct sales of ERP solutions, acting as a senior-level consultant to clients and aligning ERP offerings with their specific business needs.

  • Consultative Selling: Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, offering customized ERP solutions that address their unique business challenges in the manufacturing industry.

  • Team Performance & Development: Foster a culture of high performance within your team, ensuring continuous learning and development, as well as sharing best practices.


  • Target & Engage Clients: Identify and target high-value enterprise customers in the manufacturing sector, guiding your team to build strong relationships and close deals.


  • Achieve Sales Targets: Own and drive the achievement of team and individual sales targets, consistently surpassing expectations through strategic efforts and relationship-building.


  • Pipeline Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasts and reporting to leadership.


  • Strategic Insights: Contribute to the development of the sales strategy by identifying market trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Sales Leadership: 5 to 10 years of experience in enterprise sales.
  •  Track Record of Success: Proven ability to close large, complex deals and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • ERP Expertise: In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, particularly those designed for the manufacturing sector, and how they align with business goals.
  • Team Management Skills: Experience in leading a sales team, mentoring and motivating team members, and driving collective success.
  • Strong interest in B2B enterprise sales, particularly ERP solutions for manufacturing and related industries.
  • Ability to understand and articulate ERP concepts across functions such as inventory, production, finance, supply chain, and CRM.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and familiarity with CRM or sales automation platforms is preferred.
  • Solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with capability to conduct market research, interpret data, and support data-driven sales decisions.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • Relevant academic background in Business, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; prior internship or project exposure in sales or software solutions is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Noida and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
