Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Teacher located in Tonk, Deoli, Bundi and Rajasthan. The Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering interactive lessons, teaching core subjects like English and digital literacy, training students in non-cognitive and employability skills, and fostering a lifelong learning mindset. Day-to-day tasks include preparing lesson plans, conducting classes, designing activities to engage learners, providing constructive feedback, and mentoring students to achieve their professional goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and a structured approach to teaching
• Expertise in Education and Teaching methodologies
• Strong verbal and written Communication skills
• Experience or enthusiasm for Training and mentoring youth
• Passion for working with underprivileged communities and driving positive impact
• Ability to use technology to engage learners
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field is preferred
• Previous teaching experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Adaptability and commitment to professional growth
