Role Description

• Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge.
• Understanding need of customer & Building rapport through conversation and honest recommendations
• Conversion of sale, Up/Cross selling,
• Assisting in maintaining the back stock and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor
• Complete Stock Counting & Tallying
• Focus on Non-Purchaser follow up.
• Provides outstanding customer service.

Required Skills

1. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
2. Knowledge of digital platform i.e. Social media & basic computer knowledge
3. Able to work with team
4. Passion for sales
5. Customer Centric

Qualification: Any Graduate/Under Graduate

Salary: Salary: ₹2.40 – ₹2.64 lakh per annum (Gross) + Incentives.

Location: Surat Only
