Job Summary

We are seeking a Mechanical BIM Modeler with 2+ years’ experience to develop, coordinate, and deliver accurate mechanical BIM models for major international projects, ensuring compliance with global standards and seamless team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed 3D BIM models for mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting) up to LOD 400/500 in Revit MEP.
Perform BIM clash detection, issue tracking, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated design solutions.
Review project documents, raise and monitor RFIs, and ensure model integrity and timely updates.
Generate accurate quantity take-offs, schedules, and construction/shop drawings from BIM models.
Guide and mentor junior modelers, ensuring quality outputs and adherence to BIM standards.
Support cloud-based model sharing, issue tracking, and model version management BIM360/ACC.
Prepare Revit families, manage templates, and contribute to BIM process improvements and standardization.

Technical / Must-Have Skills

Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks for mechanical BIM modeling.
Hands-on experience with BIM clash coordination and federated model management.
Knowledge of MEP systems, international codes (ASHRAE, ISHRAE, NFPA, IPC), and BIM documentation standards.
Effective communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
Experience with BIM 360/ACC and familiarity with automation (Dynamo scripting) is a plus.
