Qualifications

Guest Experience

Welcome and greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest satisfaction and outlet efficiency.
Engage with guests to personalize experiences, answer inquiries, and provide recommendations.
Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain loyalty and satisfaction.

Operational Support

Coordinate with service and culinary teams to ensure smooth guest flow and timely service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas.
Assist in managing guest lists for special events, banquets, and private dining.
Support outlet managers in daily operations and reporting.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with F&B staff to deliver seamless service across outlets.
Support colleagues during peak hours to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Participate in training programs to enhance hospitality skills and brand knowledge.

Quality & Compliance

Uphold hygiene, safety, and sustainability practices in line with hotel policies.
Ensure compliance with international hospitality standards.
Maintain consistency across Morgans Originals properties while adapting to Roswyn’s unique identity.
